DAVID MADER
We are excited to welcome our new board member, David Mader. David is a Partner and Co-Founder at Putnam Hill Capital Partners, LLC. He has experience in investing in the capital structures of sponsor-owned companies and has worked in different positions at Annaly Capital Management, Infrastructure Capital Management, Wexford Capital, Jefferies & Company, and Bank of Ireland. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from the University of Pennsylvania. David was intrigued by Nazareth’s commitment and drive to helping New Yorkers establish economic stability and on March 15, 2023 he officially joined Nazareth Housing’s Board of Directors.
HANNAH PENNINGTON
We are also pleased to announce new board member, Hannah M. Pennington. Hannah is an experienced professional with an extensive background in advocacy for gender-based violence prevention and support for survivors. She is currently the Deputy Chief for Gender-Based Violence Policy in the Special Victims Division at Manhattan’s District Attorney’s Office, where she advises on internal and external gender-based violence-related initiatives, provides training to all office divisions, and coordinates appropriate gender-based violence training and professional development. Hannah was intrigued by Nazareth Housing’s mission and advocacy focused on helping survivors of domestic violence. On March 24, 2023, we welcomed Hannah to the Board of Directors.
