We are excited to announce that Madeline Beato was promoted to Senior Case Manager in our Housing Stability Support Program!
Madeline has been with Nazareth Housing for two years providing outreach and homelessness prevention services as part of the team at Park Avenue Thorpe in The Bronx. Her job includes supporting staff with the intake of new clients as well as handling the more challenging cases. Madeline helps clients sign up for benefits they are entitled to and makes referrals for services outside of Nazareth Housing.
She also supports the Program Director with onboarding new staff through on the job training. New staff learn the ropes of case management work by shadowing Madeline during their first several weeks of employment with us.
Madeline loves spending time with her family and friends. She also loves to travel and visit new places. Congratulations Madeline!
