We’re excited to welcome Andrea Wong-Miller to our Board of Directors! Her deep knowledge of the affordable housing landscape of New York City will help Nazareth Housing develop as an organization and allow us to better support our clients’ needs.
“I hope to bring a fresh perspective to the organization based on my professional expertise in affordable housing finance and non-profit real estate development in New York City, as well as a helping hand as a fellow human being who believes in strengthening communities through service,” says Andrea.
Introduced to Nazareth Housing through a colleague in the affordable housing industry, Andrea says Nazareth Housing’s mission to promote housing stability and economic mobility “resonated with my personal and professional values, as a child of immigrants who started their family in Manhattan’s Chinatown.”
Currently, Andrea is the Vice President of Richman Housing Resources LLC in Richman’s New York office and is responsible for origination, underwriting and closing of affordable housing tax credit investments. She graduated from Swarthmore College with a Bachelor of Arts, and the University of Pennsylvania with a Master of City Planning and Certificate in Real Estate.
