We’re thrilled to welcome Lillian Rodriguez to Nazareth Housing as our new Program Director at St Anselm! In this Q&A, she shares what drew her to our mission and what she is most looking forward to in this new role.
Q: What appealed to you most about working at Nazareth Housing?
A: What appealed to me most about working at Nazareth is its mission to help “families unlock their potential, build pathways out of poverty, and avoid homelessness.” Nazareth Housing gives hope and vision to families, showing them that with support, they can improve their living conditions and create a positive future for themselves and their communities.
Q: What part of your role are you most excited to get started with?
A: I’m most excited to be part of the team at the new St. Anselm site, which will be home to families making a fresh start and looking forward to a bright future.
Q: What’s something new you’re hoping to learn or experience here?
A: I hope to learn how to build and nurture a caring and effective team that goes beyond “surface” care — one that dives deeply into the city’s available resources to help families truly improve their lives.
Q: Anything else you’d like to share with the team?
A: I am very glad and proud to have joined the Nazareth Housing team.
