Last week, we celebrated the upcoming new school year with our Lower East Side families at our annual Back-to-School Party!
The day was filled with musical chairs, bubbles, jump rope, pizza, and plenty of smiles. Each child also headed home with a backpack packed with school supplies, along with a bag of snacks and additional school supplies generously donated by Michael Kors.
For many families, the cost of getting ready for a new school year can add extra strain to an already tight budget. Providing these essentials helps ease some of that financial stress while making sure kids have the supplies they need to start the school year feeling prepared and excited.
A special thank you to the four Michael Kors volunteers who joined us to pack snack bags, play games, and help make the day extra special for the kids. We’re so grateful for your time and support!
